What fabric do you use?

We work primarily with cotton and linen fabrics selected for their print quality and visual impact. Because we source designer fabrics, dye lots and availability can occasionally vary. If you're ordering two matching shades, we strongly recommend ordering them together to ensure consistency. Not sure about a color? Request a swatch before you order — we're happy to help.

How long will it take?

Each shade is made to order. We allow up to 30 days for production, though most shades ship within two weeks. If you have a specific deadline, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What if I don't love it?

No problem. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The shade must be returned in its original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we can provide a return label, we'll deduct the cost from your refund. Once received in good condition, you'll get a full refund.

What if there's an issue with my shade?
